• All orders ship from College Station, Texas. We do not ship on weekends.
• Due to transportation carrier seasonal volume, in some cases, please allow extra transit time from November 15 thru December 31, depending on delivery address and weather conditions.
• Expedited packages are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date your package has shipped (excluding holidays and weekends) for most US addresses. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

1. Collection at FERA D&B store located at College Station, Texas – FREE
   The person who picks up the order will need to show their identification card, whether it is the actual buyer or if someone comes in their place.

1. Farm/clinic delivery:
   1. Standard delivery – USPS, FEDEX and UPS GROUND. The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.
   2. Express delivery – The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.

1. International Shipping
   We ship to 50+ countries around the globe.
   For international orders, please allow up to 15 business days for shipping, excluding weekends and holidays, pending customs in each country.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.  We ship International packages via DHL and Dachser logistics.

International delivery may also be delayed due to holidays or other delays in the destination country’s postal service. If your order does not arrive in the time frame above, we ask that you wait up to 30 days before we reship the order.
