EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
FERA D&B is dedicated to providing top-quality, reliable and efficacious products to the professional animal health care community. As evidence of our exceptionally high-quality standards, our product is manufactured in selected facilities that have met our stringent quality standards.
We maintain a strict quality policy and vendor qualification program. Both are designed to formally express and document the quality expectations and performance requirements while ensuring their compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
We stand by our products and quality, and we do our best to ensure each item is shipped in the safest way.
We’ll replace any product that is defective, contaminated, damaged in transit or missing at no charge. If something needs to be replaced, please contact us at inquiry@ferah.com or contact our operation directly at marcela@feraah.com as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.
- If you receive visibly damaged or contaminated merchandise, please bring it to our attention IMMEDIATELY.
RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- All authorized returns MUST be in resalable condition: without price stickers, glue residues or markings of any kind. Please pack items carefully, credit will NOT be given for any damaged products returned to us.
- In order to be returnable, a product must be returned 30-days from the purchase date and must be unexpired.
- Only the original buyer may return product.
- Products must be in original sealed packages.
- Returns due to accidental order placement, better price available on a different marketplace, or item no longer needed and/or wanted are subject to a Restocking Fee of 20% of the item’s original purchase price. Buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
